Kairos, meaning "God's time" in Greek, is a retreat specifically offered to Junior and Senior students. The purpose of the retreat is to provide an opportunity for students to take ownership of their own faith journeys. It is held at the Zephyr Point Conference Center in South Lake Tahoe and takes place four times a year.

The retreat is designed to be student-led, with the involvement of student leaders, members of the Campus Ministry team, as well as other faculty and staff members. Prior to the retreat, leaders engage in formation, which involves weeks of preparation and organization for their leadership roles. They work together to plan and deliver presentations that revolve around key themes such as self-discovery, developing a personal relationship with Jesus, discerning and responding to God's call, and living out the message of Christ.

Students spend their time "unplugged" in a beautiful space personally reflecting on their own relationships with God, family, and friends, while listening to talks, responding in journals and small groups, and spending silent time alone in prayer. Students receive Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist.
