  • Books: $400
Textbook orders will be placed by Bishop Manogue staff based on your student(s)’ course selection. A flat rate of $400 will be billed to all students' accounts, and payments will be made based on how you choose to make tuition payments. This fee is non-refundable. Refunds will only be eligible if textbooks have not been digitally accessed or opened, and the student has withdrawn from Bishop Manogue Catholic High School prior to the start of the semester. Withdraws that take place (voluntarily or involuntarily) during the school year will be responsible for any remaining balance toward textbooks.

  • AP Testing Fees (if applicable): $98 per AP Class and $146 for AP Seminar and AP Research
For students enrolled in Advanced Placement (AP) courses, this fee covers the cost of the AP test administered for each AP class. If applicable, the fee will automatically be charged to the tuition payment plan on January 31, 2025. Subject to change from The College Board.

  • Credit Card Convenience Fee: 3.12% of the amount charged for all transactions
This fee includes any payment for tuition, registration, fees, adding money to debit/lunch accounts, and Campus Store purchases. Bishop Manogue’s policy requires that all payments be made via cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order. As a convenience, Bishop Manogue works with a third-party vendor to accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards via the web. To avoid paying the 3.12% charge, please pay via cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order.

  • Parent Service Hours (Fee): Twenty (20) Service Hours or $500 per family
Twenty (20) hours of service are required of every Bishop Manogue family, and hours must be tracked and approved by a Bishop Manogue staff person. $25 per hour will be billed for hours not completed by March 1, 2025. Families may also elect to pay a $500 fee in place of completing service hours.

Please note, fees and discounts listed above are subject to change slightly from year to year. However, once a school year has begun the fees will remain. Books, laptops, and co-curricular fees are not included in the outline due to varying factors.

Other Costs to Consider

Textbooks: New for the 2024-2025 school year! Textbook orders will be placed by Bishop Manogue staff based on your student(s)’ course selection. Parents/Students are no longer responsible for placing orders online. All families are billed a flat rate of $400 per student for books and the fee will be added to the tuition contract. Additionally, textbook payments will be made based on how families choose to make tuition payments. For example, if a family makes tuition payments over 10 months, the $400 fee will be amortized over the monthly tuition payments.

Once courses are selected and finalized, Bishop Manogue will place a bulk order for all student textbooks during the summer. All digital book access will be emailed directly to the student’s school email in August, and physical books will be available for pick up on the first day of school.

Uniforms: Our uniform requirement is intended to foster an environment that lends itself to serious study and interaction, and to dignify both the individual and the school. Uniforms are not only for their professional appearance but also for the equity they offer our students and the safety they help maintain in our community. GameOne is the uniform supplier for all tops and sweatshirts. Pants can be purchased in both black and khaki from any retail store.

Parent Service Hours: We require each family to contribute at least 20 hours of service to Bishop Manogue each year they attend. We believe parent participation, whether being present among our students, driving them to and from activities, or helping to staff an event is a necessary component to the success of our school. We value and thank all the parents we see in our lunch room, administrative office, athletic and club events, parent association meetings, fundraisers, and beyond. In the event a family does not complete their 20 hours, families will be billed $25 per hour for uncompleted hours at the end of the school year.

Tuition Payment Plans

Due to the high cost of manually processing payments, Bishop Manogue requires all families to sign up for a payment plan with a third-party collection company, Smart Tuition, at the time of enrollment. Smart Tuition payment dates are the 5th or the 20th of every month. We offer four payment plans:
  • Single payments made via Blackbaud Tuition Management due by July; administration fee waived
  • Two equal payments made via Blackbaud Tuition Management due in July, and December; one-time administration fee of $56.00
  • Five equal payments made via Blackbaud Tuition Management due July, September, November, January, and March 20256; one-time administration fee of $56.00
  • Ten equal payments made via Blackbaud Tuition Management due July, through April; one-time administration fee of $56.00
